The user can record comments and topics discussed during the meeting, at the end they can add the recommendations and share it with the attendees.

ظام يقوم بإدارة الاجتماعات مثل تنظيم اجتماعات مجلس الإدارة ، و الاجتماعات الداخلية بداية من أجندة الاجتماع حتى التوصيات ، حيث أنه يمكن المستخدم من تحضير الأجندة و إرسالها للمدعوين للاجتماع ، ثم يتم تسجيل الملاحظات و المواضيع التي تم مناقشتها خلال الاجتماع في النظام، و يمكن المستخدم من وضع التوصيات و مشاركتها مع المدعوين.
